Her Majesty the Queen received in the Royal Palace of La Zarzuela a representation of the César Egido Serrano Foundation, presided by its President, Mr. César Egido Serrano and the winners of the IV Edition of the Flash Fiction Competition.
Mr. César Egido Serrano has been nominated to recieve an honorary citizen of the region of Castilla la Mancha award, an honour for Mr. Egido, given how much he loves his region.
